A wonderful place to stay. I was worried about the transition from Shula’s to Miami Lakes. The service, and all that entails from the restaurant to the rooms, all remained top notch. I was glad that they retained the rich sports history of the Dolphins and Don Shula on site.

Excelent location, nice gym we can use at the club... tennis court... amazing! Walking distance restaurants.. very nice!

Excellent place to stay, beautiful hotel, location and the rooms are super clean, they have almost everything you need except for a magnifying mirror to put my makeup bc I can’t see! The place is safe and has a lot of stores and a beautiful place to walk around. Will be back when traveling!? The front desk was ok, but they need to be more welcoming and smile more to guests.

The Miami Lakes Hotel provided exceptional value and good quality. The room was large and daily service was good. Food was very good and the front desk provided excellent support. The location is perfect for access to Miami, dining nearby, and the atmosphere you expect in Miami. I highly recommend the hotel and would gladly stay her again.

Nice executive hotel, lots of spaces, clean and ALIVE…. Very efficient staff (the call center are not here….soooo do not judge the hotel stay for the bad call center respond)… Hotel surrounded by many great restaurants… check my other reviews for suggestions.

Great hotel! Hot breakfast every morning, they change up the eggs/potatoes/protein. Nice pool. Extemely neat and clean rooms and common areas. Beautiful balcony in all rooms w view to their wonderful green grounds. Plenty of great restaurants, boutiques, bars that literally steps away. Publix super market , CVS across the street. Quiet, comfortable. Great and friendly staff. Room service daily. Free parking. Hot water (although pressure was a little low). Exceptional for a reasobable price. Tv was good size and had tv cable. Rooms are gigantic and included mini fridge, closet, iron.

My sons baby shower had to be changed last minute due to unexpected bad weather (3 days before event). I called the hotel and spoke with Linda the event planner. To say she was phenomenal it’s an understatement. She helped me plan the event in two days and even advised on how to save money. The food was delicious, the service excellent and my son and daughter in law were delighted. I will also share their prices are very good. I rarely write reviews but this experienced deserved the highlight.

The staff was very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable.The hotel lobby and all common areas were very clean. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked ( my favorite part) . If you are cold natured bring a jacket because they are definitely not afraid to use that a.c. The actual location of the hotel is stellar. We came for funeral during spring break time. We really didn’t want to be bothered with wild spring breakers . The it was so nice and everything was so close without being in the midst of chaos. Our new go - to hotel.
